Almond porridge with strawberries, seeds & nuts.

  1. In one bowl, mix the oats with the coconut.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the strawberries and add in the brown sugar.
  3. Grab a pan and heat the Alpro Almond Unsweetened alternative to milk until it just begins to boil.
  4. Add in the oats and coconut mixture and reduce the heat. Allow to thicken slowly for 8-10 mins.
  5. Pour into a bowl and stir in the strawberries and brown sugar.
  6. Sprinkle the almonds and pumpkin seeds over the top to finish.
