Almond porridge with strawberries, seeds & nuts.
- In one bowl, mix the oats with the coconut.
- In a separate bowl, mash the strawberries and add in the brown sugar.
- Grab a pan and heat the Alpro Almond Unsweetened alternative to milk until it just begins to boil.
- Add in the oats and coconut mixture and reduce the heat. Allow to thicken slowly for 8-10 mins.
- Pour into a bowl and stir in the strawberries and brown sugar.
- Sprinkle the almonds and pumpkin seeds over the top to finish.
