Superfoods

Made using Conservation Grade cereals grown on selected British farms

At Jordans we have always believed passionately in the benefits of eating natural food. ‘Superfoods’ is a term, originally coined by food writers, to describe natural ingredients that contain particularly powerful nutrients which may be beneficial to good health and wellbeing.

Jordans have chosen a special selection of these Superfoods and combined them to produce a range of super-healthy, super-tasty cereals. The nutrients found in these products are naturally occurring in the ingredients we use.

Wholegrain oats were the original ‘Superfood’. Oats contain beta glucan soluble fibre which may help to lower cholesterol.

Grains contain fibre which helps to keep your digestive system healthy. People with a healthy heart tend to eat more wholegrain foods as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Berries such as blueberries, contain powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants can protect against cell damage.

Almonds contain vitamin E which helps keep your skin healthy by protecting its cells it from damage. They also provide magnesium which helps to build healthy bones and teeth. 

Pumpkin Seeds are packed full of nutrients that help keep your whole body healthy. They contain iron which supports a healthy immune system.
