Wheatgerm & Wheat Bran

You don't always know that you need more fibre, so it’s best to keep yourself perfectly topped-up by eating our wheatgerm or wheatbran, or adding a little to your regular cereal. Although you don't have to stop there. It makes a brilliant accompaniment to yoghurt, bakes fabulously in bread and can even work well in pastry for some virtuous yumminess.

The wheatgerm is the middle nutritious part of the grain, and the wheatbran is the outer husk. They both play a fantastic part in helping boost your fibre intake.
