Hello, I just bought your muesli in Hong Kong. It is called "Special Muesli" and then "muesli de luxe" It appears to be for the Belgian market with text in Dutch and French on the bag. I have a question about this. Raw grains contain phytic acid unless they are treated. I was just wondering whether your muesli has been heat/steam treated for this purpose or do you recommend soaking for several hours before consumption? Thank you in advance, Linda Smulders.
