We Love Country Crisp Event Goes with a Bang
Posted by Rachel Marston 14 Dec 2009 1:15pm
On Saturday we held our first CCAS blogging event to celebrate the launch of The Country Crisp Appreciation Society, and I am happy to report it was great fun. We hired Leith's cookery school for the morning and invited ten top food bloggers along to come and have breakfast with us. Bill was there to welcome them then we handed over to Kirsten as our Head of Taste for a baking session where everyone created a Chocolate Country Crisp and Pear Cake, find the recipe here. At moments it was like a scene from Ready, Steady Cook with Bill counting down the minutes to the cakes going into the oven. Then everyone stopped for a bowl of Country crisp before making up their very own flavour using a range of ingredients from the Jordans kitchen. So the CCAS is in full swing now and we would love anyone who loves Country Crisp to become a member. If you do you will be in with a chance to win all sorts of unique prizes as well as automatically jpin our pool of taste testers, and of course have the chance to tell us what you think of us and our products. Here's a little taste of what we're about...
