Scandilicious Muffins

The lovely food blogger Scandilicious has just published a new recipe on her blog which we thought you might like. These Raspberry & Cinnamon Crunch Muffins were inspired after our Country Crisp appreciation Society bloggers day we set up in December.     I can't wait until Sunday when I can treat my boyfriend to this yummy heart warming Jordan's Crunch muffins..please keep the recipes gcoming. I always use Jordans Crunch when making apple crumble- it gives the desserts such a lovely texture and perftect with ice cold creme fraiche.
