Crumble topped peaches

Recipe serves four people.
Prep time; 10 minutes, cook time; 30 minutes.
4 peaches, halved and stone removed
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoons plain flour
75g Jordans Nut & Seed Muesli
1 Tablespoon butter, diced into small pieces
Preheat oven to 160°C. Arrange the halved peaches in an oven-proof baking dish.
In a bowl combine the brown sugar, flour and muesli.
Divide the muesli mixture over each peach half. Cut margarine into slivers and sprinkle over peach topping. Bake until the topping is browned and peaches are softened, about 30 minutes.

Dear Valerie Cara Hobday, our recipe creator has replied to your query over sugar, this is what she said; Dear Rachel, Yes the brown sugar can be substituted for another sugar. I would recommend fructose sugar for a diabetic, and in half the quantity of the brown sugar. I hope this helps Rachel
My husband is a diabetic,so can I alter this by using sugar substitute?
Simple tasty great with fresh whipped cream or ice cream. Love um.
