'Wholegrains keep you slim and fit'

According to yesterday's Sunday Express, "The key to staying slim and healthy is a bowl of wholegrain cereal for breakfast." The article goes on to talk about how both porridge and muesli can help you stay slim. Since we have been making muesli since the 1970's we were rather pleased, and hope that it will encourage more people to try both our porridge and muesli ranges. You can ead the full article here.

    I certainly believe the comment made by the Daily express, I eat lots of whole grain food stuff and never put on weight
