Sticky marshmallow muesli treats
200g Natural Muesli
30g Butter
400g Marshmallows
- Warm the butter and marshmallows in a large bowl in the microwave until melted.
- Stir in the natural muesli. Make sure it's all covered with the yummy sticky stuff.
- Using two tablespoons (or your hands if you don't mind getting messy!) shape into little balls (around the size of a golf ball) and leave to set on a sheet of baking parchment.
- Chill in the fridge.
Country Crisp crunchies
160g Strawberry Country Crisp
250g white chocolate
30g desiccated coconut
- Melt the chocolate in a large bowl in the microwave.
- Stir the Country Crisp into the chocolate and mix in the coconut.
- Spoon the coated cereal into fairy cake cases.
- Pop in the fridge to set.
Banana oaty flapjacks
50g butter
50g brown sugar
1tbsp golden syrup
220g Jordans Quick and Creamy Porridge Oats
1 big banana
- In a large bowl, melt the butter, sugar and syrup in a bowl in the microwave.
- Chop or mash up the banana and mix into the butter and sugar.
- Add the oats and stir well.
- Spread onto a greased baking sheet or into a flapjack tin and press down with the back of a spoon.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown (get an adult to help!)
- Cut into squares and leave to cool.
